A resident who, for medical and/or exceptional reasons, can no longer reside outside his or her control may file with the university a written application and all applicable supporting documents, including medical documents, to request a proportionate reimbursement of his living expenses. The application must be filed within 30 days of being removed from the home. Applications are reviewed and fixed by the university at its sole discretion.
