The sponsor disclaims any responsibility for any injury or damage to your person`s computer or any other person that relates to the download of or resulting hackathon-related hardware or software. The promoter is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer outages of any kind; imprecise transcription of transmission information; For errors in advertising or commercial material or in this participation agreement; for human or electronic errors; either for entries that are stolen, misdirected, mutilated, delayed, lost, late, damaged or returned. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the hackathon or any element of the hackathon (including, but not limited to this participation agreement) without notice and for any reason (including, but not limited to an unexpected event that is not fully addressed in this Participation Agreement). In the event of cancellation, change or suspension, the sponsor reserves the right to choose winners in a random draw from all legitimate and non-suspicious contributions received prior to the date of the event justifying such cancellation, modification or suspension.
