ADDITIONAL TERMS: the promoter`s inability to comply with a provision of this participation agreement due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, action of public enemies, actions of government authorities outside the control of the sponsor (except compliance with the codes and regulations in force) or other events of force majeure, is not considered a violation of this agreement. The sponsor disclaims any responsibility for any injury or damage to your person`s computer or any other person that relates to the download of or resulting hackathon-related hardware or software. The promoter is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer outages of any kind; imprecise transcription of transmission information; For errors in advertising or commercial material or in this participation agreement; for human or electronic errors; either for entries that are stolen, misdirected, mutilated, delayed, lost, late, damaged or returned. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the hackathon or any element of the hackathon (including, but not limited to this participation agreement) without notice and for any reason (including, but not limited to an unexpected event that is not fully addressed in this Participation Agreement). In the event of cancellation, change or suspension, the sponsor reserves the right to choose winners in a random draw from all legitimate and non-suspicious contributions received prior to the date of the event justifying such cancellation, modification or suspension. The promoter may prohibit any potential participant or participant from participating in the hackathon if they do not comply with the participation agreement; actions aimed at coercing, abusing, threatening or harassing another participant, sponsor or sponsor`s representatives or representatives; or behaves in another disruptive manner (as defined by the promoter at its sole discretion).) You can choose not to be photographed and/or recorded by informing Hackathon employees during the hackathon check-in that you do not agree to be photographed or filmed, or by speaking directly to photographers or videographers.
